Wireless Plus, Inc. was founded in 1987 and incorporated in 1991. In 1995 Wireless Plus, Inc. became an exclusive Authorized Agent for Verizon Wireless and in 2006 was elevated to the prestigious class representing them as a “Premium Retailer.” We currently are a privately held corporation with our corporate office located in Van Nuys, California. We currently have multiple locations serving the San Fernando & San Gabriel Valley's, the Inland Empire and the San Diego areas. A list of each of our locations is provided for you on the next page.
As an exclusive Premium Retailer for Verizon Wireless, we represent one-distribution arm for Verizon Wireless called the “Indirect” channel. In each of our retail facilities, we offer cellular services and wireless data products including PDA’s and wireless internet broadband access cards as well as, accessories and vehicle installation kits. In addition to marketing wireless products and services, we are also a licensed warranty service repair facility for all of the major brands including LG Electronics, Kyocera, Audiovox, Nokia, and Samsung. We have trained technicians on-site to help advise and repair any wireless products that may either be damaged or not functioning properly. Additionally, we can help facilitate a warranty exchange for a customer if needed.
Most of our current employees have over 10+ years experience each in the wireless industry. In addition, all of our new employees go through an extensive one-on-one training program that emphasizes specific training in product knowledge and proactive customer services.
Wireless Plus, Inc. continues to grow and be an industry leader for Verizon Wireless particularly in the indirect marketing channel. It is our desire and strategy to not only maintain and nurture our existing growth, but also set the example for other wireless organizations to follow.
